Our starting
point.
Independent agent or team, your way of working shapes the solution. We start with your properties, your tools and your routines.
- 01
Understand your working day.
We follow a property and an enquiry through your agency: where information arrives, who handles it and where it is entered more than once.
- 02
Choose a first use case.
We define one process, the available connections and the reviews required. Scope and success criteria are agreed together.
- 03
Test with your agency.
We build the workflow and test representative cases. Your team reviews replies, data and exceptions before launch.
- 04
Help your team get started.
We agree documentation, training and ongoing support with you. The aim is a solution your agency can use and develop over time.
The agent stays in control.
You approve listings, advice and decisions. Automation prepares the work and flags exceptions.
Your CRM stays at the centre.
Connections depend on what your software supports. We check what is possible before proposing an integration.
Every detail in its place.
Prospect data, property documents and team access: scope and rules are defined before implementation.
What about
my agency?
Let’s talk about your tools,
your routines and your priorities.
Is this suitable for an independent estate agent?
Yes. A first project can focus on one recurring task: drafting enquiry replies, organising viewing follow-up or preparing listing drafts. We adapt the scope to your business.
Do I need a new property CRM?
We start with your current CRM. Integration depends on its APIs, exports, permissions and any required subscriptions. We check these before committing to a connection.
Can you connect my property portals?
We assess the authorised data flows offered by your portals, website and tools. Feasibility depends on available access and their terms of use. Publishing or synchronising is never assumed possible without checking.
Are listings and replies sent automatically?
Our default approach is to prepare drafts for approval. Automatic messages, such as viewing reminders, are only set up within a scope and rules agreed with your agency.
Can AI select an applicant or value a property on its own?
The solutions presented here support administration and follow-up. Applicant selection, valuations and advice remain your responsibility. This site does not offer automatic applicant rejection.
What budget and timeline should I expect?
They depend on the process, tools and checks involved. We first establish the need and feasibility, then set out the scope and terms in a proposal. No quantified results are promised without analysis.
